CLASSES DESCRIPTION

Body Blast: Jane - Monday & Wednesday at 5 pm

An intense and fun cardio and weight training class that torches calories and builds lean muscle!  You will be challenged with a variety of agility, strength, plyometric and cardio drills to get your body in tip top shape! All levels.

Booty Builder: Sarah - Tuesday at 9 am

Build strong & firm glutes that are ready for the beach. Bands, dumbbells, barbells & specific techniques will help round out your efforts to build your booty. 


Booty Sculpt: Perla - Tuesday & Thursday at 3:15 pm

 30 Minute class that focuses on building strong & firm glutes.   

Core & More: Tammie - Tuesday & Thursday at 5 pm

45 minutes of Ab/Core Training.  Focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, with segments of endurance strength work. 

Dumbbells & Doughnuts: David - Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 am 

Improve your strength, stamina and cardio conditioning in this early morning 45-minute group workout with weights, AMRAPS, Emoms, ETFs.  We provide the workout. You provide the doughnuts!

Mindful Mondays: Alex - Monday at 11:00 

Focuses on practical and effective stretching exercises that enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote a sense of calm.  Set a positive tone for the week ahead.

Perl-UMBA: Perla - Mon-Thurs at 4 pm

Senior Fitness with Latin Dance.  Stability, Strength & Sculpting.  Cardiovascular & Weight training.  Beginners & Intermediate. 

Silver Slippers/Senior Fitness: Tammie - Tuesday at 10 am & 11 am, Thursday at 9 am & 10 am

Senior Fitness & Fun! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living.

STEP n Jive Flexercise: Tammie - Wednesday & Friday at 8 am

A fun combination of Step Aerobics, Body Sculpting & Dance

Stretch: Melissa - Wednesday at 9 am / Stretch & Strengthen: Melissa - Wednesday at 10 am

An upbeat start to your day! This class helps you stay limber, flexible and strong by a variety of stretches and floor poses.  Benefits include: improved posture, balance and coordination, core strength/stability, longer/leaner muscles, mind-body awareness , relaxation and injury prevention.
